Policy for the personal data processing

1. General provisions
   1.1. This policy for personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "About personal data" and defines the procedure for personal data processing and measures for ensuring the security of personal data of Medical Screening Systems LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
   1.2. The Operator's main goal and condition for the implementation of its activities is the observance of the rights and freedoms of a human when processing his personal data, including the protection of privacy rights, personal and family private life.
   1.3. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator can receive about visitors of https://celsus.ai/ website.
2. Terminology and definitions
   2.1. Personal data blocking – temporary termination of the personal data processing (with the exception of cases where the processing is necessary for clarification of personal data);
   2.2. Website – a set of graphic and informational materials, computer programs and databases that ensure the availability of these materials on the Internet at a network address https://celsus.ai;
   2.3. Depersonalization of individual data — actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without the use of additional information, the ownership of personal data to a specific User or to another subject of personal data;
   2.4. Personal data processing – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools or without them, including gathering, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage clarification (updating or changing), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
   2.5. Personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the Website;
   2.6. User – any visitor of the Website;
   2.7. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data is permanently destroyed with the impossibility of further restoration in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are damaged.
3. Personal data that is processed
   3.1. The Operator may process the following Personal Data of the User

   • - email address;
   • - phone number;
   
   3.2. There is gathering and processing of anonymized data about the Users (including cookies) on the Website. These actions are performed using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metric, Google Analytics and others).
4. Purposes of Personal Data processing
   4.1. The purpose of Personal Data processing is to interact directly with the subject of personal data (the User) by means of communication and establishing of feedback for concluding a contract with Medical Screening Systems LLC on the initiative of the subject of personal data or a contract under which it will be beneficial for a subject of personal data; provide the User with access to information and/or materials contained on the Website.
   4.2. Anonymized User data gathered using Internet statistics services is used to get information about User's actions on the Website, improve the quality of the Website and its content.
5. Legal grounds for personal data processing
   5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if the user filled in and / or sent its data through special feedback forms located on the Website. By filling in the special forms and / or sending its personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.
   5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (the storage of cookies and the use of JavaScript are enabled).
6. The procedure for the gathering, storage and other types of processing of personal data
   6.1. The protection of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legislative, organizational and technical measures, meeting the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
   6.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude the access to the personal data of unauthorized persons.
   6.3. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation.
   6.4. In case of uncertainties in Personal Data, the User can update them on its own by sending a notification to the Operator to the Operator's email address celsus@celsus.ai, and mark it: "Updating of personal data".
   6.5. The processing of Personal Data by the Operator is performed until the accomplishment of the goals specified in paragraph 4.1 of the Policy or until the withdrawal of consent of Personal Data processing by the User.
   6.6. The User may withdraw his consent to the processing of Personal Data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address celsus@celsus.ai, and mark it: "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
7. Final provisions
   7.1. The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest related to the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via Operator's e-mail address - celsus@celsus.ai.
   7.2. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version and published on the Website.
   7.3. The current version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet at https://celsus.ai/policy.
